Dave Northall | Estimator

Dave joined the Green Canopy NODE team in March of 2026 and has worked as an estimator since 2005 preparing cost estimates for residential, commercial, industrial and government facilities. Dave has worked on projects across the United States, from the Florida Keys to the Aleutian Islands. Being a tech savvy person has enabled him to quickly take on new systems and processes for both personal and professional benefit.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he has been living near Seattle with his family since 2013. After making the move to the Pacific Northwest, he’s been able to take advantage of the fantastic outdoor opportunities for camping, fishing, and mountain biking.
